With an offtake partner, the firm began producing radial piston hydraulic motors, custom epicyclic gear trains, differential axles and gear boxes for self-propelling machinery for the building industry. At the beginning of the 90s, following the trends of the sector, most of the output shifted towards the production of mechanical parts for third parties by employing CNC machines, with a special attention to limited series and in many different sectors. At present O.M.F. takes part in manufacturing components for: epicyclic gear trains, custom differential axles, machinery for the production of glass, plastic and aluminium both man-operated and computer-controlled, prototypes and limited series for the mechanical, oleo-dynamic and tyre industry.
